Prenatal visits will be in the midwife's home in Jonesborough, TN and the birth will be in the comfort of your own home.

The midwife and birth team will visit your home for the prenatal visit at 36 weeks.

Continuity of care has proven benefits for better outcomes with pregnancy and birth. Your care will include evidenced based birth information and allow you freedom of health choices for yourself and your unborn baby including a water birth. You will be expected to take charge of your health and be involved in decision making. Basic labs and regular prenatal tests are offered including Non-Invasive Prenatal Screening (NIPS) that will test for Trisomies 13, 18, and 21, and gender, if desired. Other options available too.
